- Can you arrange something special for an anniversary or proposal?
- Yes — tell us the occasion and we will note it with the venues and shape the day accordingly, whether that is a quiet table with a view, a particular wine you love, or a discreet moment set aside. We keep it warm and personal rather than staged.
- What about guests who don't drink wine?
- A Margaret River day is about far more than tasting. Non-drinking guests enjoy the same long lunches, gardens, produce, coastline and cellar-door surrounds, and many venues pour local sparkling, juice, tea and coffee. We simply shape the day so no one feels obliged to drink.
- Is tipping expected at wineries and restaurants?
- No. Tipping is not customary in Australia and is never expected — staff are paid a full wage. A tip is welcome if you feel the service was exceptional, but there is no obligation and no set percentage. Prices you see already include tax (GST).
- Can the wineries cater to dietary requirements?
- Yes — vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes are widely available across the region's cellar-door kitchens, and we note your needs to each venue in advance. Halal-certified menus are less common in the region, so please tell us early and we will confirm suitable options or adapt the itinerary rather than leave it to chance on the day.
