Changing your plans
Cancel up to 7 days before your day for a full refund.
If you have a question or would like to change your booking, write to us and we will do our best to help.
Where the estates and your driver can accommodate a new date, we would always rather move your day than cancel it.
Closer to the day, our partners will already have set a table and a car aside for you, so:
- Up to 7 days before your day, we refund you in full.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before, we refund half of what you paid.
- Within 48 hours, or if the day goes ahead without you, we are unable to offer a refund.
We will always confirm what applies to your booking before anything is finalised.
